In this cozy handbuilding workshop, I’ll guide you through a few simple techniques as you create your first piece together. Then, the second half is all about freedom! Explore, play, and make whatever you dream up.

We are absolutely open to any adult accompanying any child.
 
Alexa Mazzarello is an Ottawa-based photographer and artist. She is known locally for her family photography and her child-led approach to making portraits that feel authentic, artful, and timeless. Her studio at 60 Camelot Drive in Nepean will offer this workshop a welcoming and spacious setting, as it was thoughtfully designed for creative work (even a little clay mess!) It’s a beautiful place to slow down, make something together, and celebrate Mother’s Day with your kid.
